Where to start

Choose a class that is right for you. We aim to have most of our classes accessible to all, but that depends on your level of experience and or fitness.

If you are a beginner a Hatha Class is always a great start, or you can always begin with a slower more meditative class such a restorative or yin.

What you'll need

  • A yoga mat (we have mats available for rent or for purchase)

  • A water bottle

  • Comfortable clothes you are able to exercise in

  • An open mind (beginners mind)

How to sign up and reserve

Follow these 2 steps

1. Choose and purchase your package in the pricing section. 

2. Check the schedule and reserve/book for the class you would like to attend. 

Notes

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins.

  • Turn your cellphone to silent for the duration of the class.​

  • There are no showers on premise. You are welcome to change in the bathroom. 

  •  â€‹The hot flow is moderately heated. â€‹â€‹
